A private investment group based in north-east Victoria
One company holding business and property interests in the Wodonga region, run with a long view and a short list of commitments.
A new group with a clear remit
JAK Investment Group Australia Pty Ltd was registered in October 2026 as an Australian proprietary company in Victoria. It exists to hold and look after investments in privately owned businesses and in property, and to enter partnerships where shared ownership makes more sense than going alone.
We are based in the 3691 postcode area around Wodonga. Being close to the assets we hold matters to us: it means we can see a property, meet the people running a business and stay involved after an agreement is signed.
As a private group, we invest for the company itself. We are not a fund, we do not take money from the public, and we do not provide financial advice.

What we look for
Three questions shape every conversation we have about a business, a property or a partnership.
Can we understand it?
We favour businesses and properties whose workings we can follow end to end, without relying on forecasts we cannot test.
Is there a reason to hold it?
An asset should earn its place over years, not months. If the case only works on a quick exit, it is not for us.
Can we work with the people?
Owners, tenants and partners are part of every investment. Shared expectations, agreed early and written down, come first.
A note on what we do not do
JAK Investment Group Australia does not offer financial products, accept investments from the public or provide financial product advice. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. If you are considering an investment decision of your own, speak to a licensed adviser.
