We take ownership interests in privately held businesses, most often established operators in regional Victoria. That can mean a full acquisition or a part share alongside the people already running the business.

We acquire and hold property, with a focus on the Wodonga area and the wider north-east of the state. Our interest is in property that will be held and used, not traded.

Once an asset is part of the group, it needs looking after. We manage the group's own holdings directly, keeping records, agreements and plans in one place.

Some opportunities are better shared. We work with operators, landholders and other private investors where each party brings something the venture needs, whether that is capital, land, skills or local knowledge.
